Wicked!!!!

On our way to enjoy the show!!

Last week, we took Reagan to see Wicked. It was sooo much fun! She loved it. She wore her Galinda/Glinda dress, and got comments on how beautiful she was from everyone we saw (literally 50 people). And, she loved it! She asked a million question throughout the show, but luckily we had nice people sitting behind us that didn't complain. Mainly she wanted to know why we all laughed at certain lines - some of it was a bit over the head of a 4-year old. But, she would laugh along and sing along and snuggle with her Daddy, then lean over and snuggle with her Mommy. Toward the end, she was getting tired (it was 2 hrs past her bedtime), but she was not willing to close her eyes and miss a minute of the show. At one point she leaned over and said, "I miss Reese." I thought that was precious too. She doesn't get to do much with us without her sister, and she missed her. I do love my girls!!!

It was one of those moments I think I'll remember for ages. Just the look on Reagan's face and her sheer enjoyment throughout the night. My wonderful husband sitting on the other side of our daughter, holding my hand, kissing it, and smiling at me. Who could ask for a better night?

My sister, Holly, and her kiddos, Payton & Cooper, were in town too. We also got to spend a day with Jason's mom and brother's family (Bryan, Alli, Evan, & Cooper). As you can see by the pictures, fun times were had by all!!

Big Girl Bedroom

It's official! Reese has moved in to the Big Girl Bedroom with Reagan. She started sleeping in there last Thursday, and she has done great!! We are so proud of her!!!

Here is her very own bunk!!
The first night, I heard a THUD and "Mommy!!" about 1:30am when Reese fell out of the bed. But, I scooped her up, put a pillow beside her, and she was just fine. The second night, I heard her calling me about 3:15am, but she wasn't crying. I went in to find an empty bed. When I said, "Reese, where are you?", she came crawling out from under the bed. I don't know how long she'd been there! But, the last two nights have been uneventful.

Good night!!
Edited 10/12: Naptime today was exactly how I expected the room sharing to go. Although the girls were in their room for 2 hours, there was no napping. There was a lot of talking, a lot of laughing, a lot of "Mommy, Reese is out of bed again!" Once I went in to find Reese under the bed. Once I found her on the top bunk with Reagan. Once I found her standing at the door. Another time she was jumping on her bed. I'm just surprised it took Reese this long to attempt all that. Needless to say, they will be going to be early tonight.
