Popscicles and the Beach

We drove down to Galveston one day to hit the beach. My girls had never been before. Reagan loved it. Reese wasn't too crazy about the sand. She was better just looking at shells from the towel. Reagan and Payton built a sand castle, saw jellyfish, put their feet in the water (too windy to swim), collected seashells, and buried Pops' legs in the sand. What fun!?!?
Popscicles!!

DeeDee's Presents

The girls and I spent last week in Houston with my family. My sister Holly is 8 months pregnant, and we went down for her baby shower. The girls always love playing with their cousin Payton and with Pops and Nana. There are a bajillion pictures, so I'm going to approach it like Holly did with several posts. Today's first post will be about the many gifts from Taiwan. DeeDee sent a package with lots of goodies for everyone. It was like Christmas! Purses and scarves for the Mommies, ties, keychains. and face masks for the Daddies, candies, light-up music playing toys, puzzles, doll dresses, shoes, Princess sticker books for the kiddos, and Taiwanese money and name banners for all. If you can't tell from the pictures, the girls loved the toys!
Enjoying the gummies!

The favorite toy! It doesn't do it justice if you can't hear it though.

DeeDee also got to be a part of the baby shower. It was midnight in Taipei, but Danielle got on skype and got to be there. It was neat that she didn't have to miss it. Don't you love technology?!?! We love you, DeeDee!

Here's Holly opening gifts with DeeDee at her side and some assistance from 3 little ones. There's a bit of a glare on the computer screen, but it's DeeDee.

Fellowship News

Yesterday was the big day. We found out where Jason was selected to go for his Sports Fellowship.

Are you ready?
(drumroll, please)

Cincinnati

Next summer, the Ramsey clan will be headed to Cincinnati. Which is not really referred to as Cincinnati, OH, but Cincinnati USA. Because the metro area includes northern Kentucky and Eastern Indiana. You learn something new everyday!

This program is supposed to be really family friendly, so we are all excited about that. Jason thinks they even provide family passes to the zoo and other places like that.

So, will you guys be coming to visit us?
